On Site Pilates (Group classes or 1:1 tuition)

Pilates is an exercise system designed to give you strength, flexibility and correct body alignment. It focuses on the development of powerful abdominals and core muscles which help  to correct and prevent poor posture and back pain- typical among office workers. Originally developed for dancers with injuries, Pilates is a gentle exercise form that manages to be effective without being strenuous. Pilates is suitable for people of all fitness levels. Yoga for the Workplace (Group classes or 1:1 tuition)

Yoga increases your strength, stamina and flexibility. It tackles bad posture by realigning the musculo-skeletal system, resulting in a lower occurrence of RSI and posture related injuries. It is proven to be a powerful method of rehabilitation for damaged joints. Through attention to the breath Yoga also works on relaxing the mind, since essentially it is a physical form of meditation. AcroYoga (corporate team building workshops)

AcroYoga combines three bodywork traditions:

Unlike other forms of yoga, AcroYoga involves working in groups and involves low-level acrobatics. AcroYoga builds on the potential to connect with others, to build on community and cultivate trust within an environment of safe play. AcroYoga can be pitched for all levels of fitness and is great for team building
